Who I Am
I believe every room has a one in it.
The leader who feels like they’re the only one struggling. The mom who feels like she’s the only one who hasn’t figured it out. The audience that’s out there but hasn’t heard, yet, why it matters.
I’m Cassie Littel. Wife, mom of four, and someone who’s spent three years inside churches, schools, and ministries building the systems that reach the people they were missing.
That work became Reach One Strategy, where I coach leaders and organizations on finding their one. It also became Mom Encouraged, where I show up for moms who need a friend more than a formula.
Now I speak, podcast, and write on what it looks like to reach the one, wherever that one is. If you’re building something that needs to actually reach people, I want to be in the room.
